What is Curlee Box? 

Join the club and receive 4-6 products each month. This is a discovery platform to try new products. We offer a fun and exciting experience if you love hair & beauty and want to explore in an affordable way.

Do you accept return?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns however we are happy to hear any concerns at hello@curleebox.co.uk. As hard as we do try it’s not possible to please everyone every month as this is a product discovery platform.

 

I loved a product in my box. Where can I repurchase it?

We are so glad you have found a product you love! You can repurchase the items in our box from the retailer www.myluxebeauty.com OR the website of the brand. 

 

How do I report a issue with my box?

Please email us at hello@curleebox.co.uk we aim to respond within 48 hours. If you are reporting a damaged item please also send a photo with your email. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription? If so how?

Firstly I hope we helped you find your hair and beauty 'go-to's'!

A monthly recurring subscription can be cancelled at any time but the first month cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to cancel after the first month please ensure you do so at least 5 days before your subscription renews to ensure your card is not charged. To cancel please email us at hello@curleebox.co.uk with you full name, email address and order number. 

 

Can I cancel my annual subscription? 

These boxes are pre-paid and cannot be cancelled or refunded. However if you would like to no auto renew your annual subscription please email us at least 5 days before it renews at hello@curleebox.co.uk with your name, e-mail address and order number. 

 

How do I renew my subscription after cancelling?

You can renew by logging into your account and placing a new order.

 

When will my card be charged?

Your card will automatically recharged on the same day you subscribe. E.g If you sign up on the 7th of May you will be charged again 7th of June and then every 7th of the month until you cancel.

 

When will I receive my box?

We ship our boxes mid-month. If you sign up between the 1st and 31st of the month you will receive the box the following month. E.g if you sign up on the 12th of October, you will receive your 1st box mid November. If you sign up 27th of April you will receive your box mid May.
