Hello Curlee's! Please bear in mind our Curlee Boxes dispatch once a month around the middle of the month 

As we are a monthly subscription box there is a months wait between boxes.

To ship within the UK it costs £3.90 and takes 3 - 6 working days.

We are currently only shipping within the UK - This is a temporary pause, we hope to bring international shipping back shortly. 



To ship within Europe it costs from £9.90 and takes 4 - 14 working days. Depending on where in Europe and arrives via your home postal delivery service. 


Rest of the World  (Including USA & Australia)


To ship to any country outside Europe costs from £13.90 and takes 10 - 21 working days. 

Please note we do not use a tracked service unless you have selected at checkout and paid for the 'tracked' service. The standard service is very reliable, even though is may take slightly longer then you would like it is the most economical method of postage.

Please note delivery timescales outside the UK cannot be guaranteed.

Customs clearing and other postal services can take a considerable amount of time, especially outside Europe. 

If a box has not arrived within the timescales above please email us at, once 21 days has elapsed we can put in for an investigation with the postal department. Only once the postal department have confirmed the outcome of the investigation if lost we can re-send the parcel.

Although due to the low cost of the box customs is rare - Customs and import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination. This charge must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be in advance. We advise that you to contact your local customs office for your countries current charges.

 Please note we cannot issue a refund or exchange once we have dispatched your parcel. If your parcel has not arrived please inform us within 6 weeks from dispatch, after this date we cannot investigate the parcel with the local post office or issue a refund. 

Once a parcel is dispatched we cannot change the address - we would need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us for re-sending. 

Please be aware due to high volumes of orders during offers, sale periods or one off purchases it can take up to 7 working days for dispatch your parcel.
